Ambedkar Nagar. Chief Judicial Magistrate Priyanka Singh has given the order to register a case of fraud in the name of cheating of lakhs of rupees in the name of getting admission in D.Pharma, B.Ed and GNM in a college in Lucknow, to Inspector-in-charge Kotwali Akbarpur. The incident took place three months ago in the city.
In the CJM court, through advocates Jagdish Singh and Dilip Yadav, Rajneesh Kumar, resident of Nagar Pahitipur Road, filed an application and made Yogendra Kumar, son of Chhotalal, resident of Semra of Katka police station area, as the opposition. Said that he does business by living in a rented house near the ritual kiln. While studying, Yogendra Kumar was also taking education due to which he used to come and go at home.
He took 20 thousand rupees in cash from Anuj to get admission in DPharma on the pretext of getting a job in SS College Group of Colleges, Lucknow. And 20 thousand rupees online, Vineet Kumar 10 thousand rupees, 10-10 thousand rupees twice and 20 thousand rupees online from Vikas Gupta, 10 thousand rupees from Devansh Gupta, 25 thousand rupees in cash and 15 thousand rupees online from Virendra Kumar, Arvind 20-20 thousand rupees from Kumar in two times, 20 thousand rupees from Abhishek, 20 thousand rupees from Abhishek Yadav, 20 thousand rupees from Shahnoor and 20 thousand rupees from Jeet Bahadur for admission in B.Ed, 40 thousand rupees from Ajit Kumar for GNM. Rupees and took 40 thousand rupees from Raj Kumar Gautam.
Apart from cash, Yogendra took Rs 134540 online in his account. It is alleged that many children were given fake receipts and money was not even deposited for the admission of many children. In view of the seriousness of the crime, the CJM has ordered Inspector-in-charge Kotwali Akbarpur to register a case of fraud against the opposition.
