Ambedkar Nagar : The administration has increased the pace of action in the case of ambulance running on the road without a patient through fake call. Statements of 10 Asha daughters-in-law will be recorded at the CMO office on Thursday. In such a situation, it is believed that action is certain to be taken against those responsible for the executing agency GVK.
A big scam in the operation of 102 and 108 ambulance services came to light recently. Through fake calls, the ambulance was being run on the road without the patient. By doing this the target of 30 trips per day was being achieved. Only Amar Ujala published this matter prominently in its issue of May 3 and then May 5.
On this, DM Avinash Singh took the matter very seriously. After this, when the scope of investigation increased, it was found that not only 102 and 108 ambulances but also the 1962 ambulance service operated for animals had been scammed. The investigation into the case of transporting patients through fake calls was handed over to Additional CMO Dr. Ramanand Siddharth, Dr. MH Siddiqui and District Immunization Officer Dr. Markandey. Following the instructions of CMO Dr. Rajkumar, the team investigated and submitted the report to the CMO office recently.
According to sources, the statement of Asha Bahu was not recorded in the investigation report prepared. CDO Anuraj Jain, who is looking after the case on the instructions of DM, directed the investigation team to record the statement of Asha daughters-in-law also.
It is believed that the statements of more than 10 Asha daughters-in-law will be recorded by the CMO office on Thursday. On the other hand, CDO Anuraj Jain said that the investigation report had come out. Statements of some employees are not recorded in this. In such a situation, the team has been instructed to record the statements of the concerned employees and submit a fresh report.
